Requirements: 

• HVAC Experience is required

• Background check and drug test 

• Valid drivers and clean driving record

• Knowledge and abilities: 

  - Must have residential heating and air conditioning systems knowledge, building construction, and home insulation

  - Computer literate, use of iPad, internet explorer, outlook, email, messaging

  - Use of a tape measure, calculate square footage. 

• Communication skills 

  - Email, text and phone calls 

  - Write notes in software, email and text messages

  - Self-learner read instructions, manuals, work orders, email and text messages

Expected Results

Provide our customers with maintenance, repair or replacement system options. Higher level technicians will have experience in presenting competitive estimates and estimates for adding air conditioning or ductless systems to homes.

Environment

This job is primarily on the road at customer’s homes. Working inside, outside, in the heat, in the cold, in hot attics, in cool basements, in crawl spaces, etc.
