Requirements: 

• HVAC Experience is required,  Prefer D2 or S2 License

• Background check and drug test 

• Valid drivers and clean driving record

  Knowledge and abilities: 

• This person must have residential heating and air conditioning systems knowledge, building construction, home insulation. Computer literate, use of I-pad, internet explorer, outlook, email, messaging, Service Titan software. Use of a tape measure, calculate square footage. 

  Communication skills 

• Email, Text and phone calls 

• Speak to customers and other co-workers. 

• Write notes in software, email and text messages. 

• Self-learner Read, instructions, manuals, work orders, email and text messages.

Expected Results

Provide our customers with  Maintenance, Repair or replacement system options. Higher level technicians will have experience in presenting competitive estimates and estimates for adding air conditioning or ductless systems to homes.

Environment

This job is primarily on the road at customer homes. Working inside, Outside, in the heat, in the cold, in hot attics, in cool basements, in crawls spaces. In our customers’ homes.
