Requirements: 

• HVAC school diploma; all required in-class training hours completed

• Background check and drug test 

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record 

• Use and read a tape measure

• Able to use an iPhone, iPad, messaging, e-mail, text and phone calls 

• Write notes in software, email and text messages

• Self-learner: read instructions, manuals, work orders, email and text messages

• Professional, customer-focused, servant leader, team-first, and continuous improvement

• Friendly, flexible, motivated, encouraging, energetic, and self-governing (ability to work alone)

Summary:

We are looking to add to our Service, Maintenance & Sales department. This technician will be trained and then able to follow our maintenance procedures, customer service procedures and replacement system sales process. Keep themselves and their work trucks neat & clean in uniform. Works excellently with our customers, CSRs and Dispatchers. Besides providing great customer service they will also develop great relationships with our customers. They would be taking great care of our customers’ systems, recommending and suggesting repairs. They will learn to sell membership plans to help customers extend the life of their systems and keep it in top working order. When it is appropriate, they will know when to suggest replacing or upgrading a system, they will have the tools to help the customer choose a system that is best for them and have the tools to sell them a replacement system.
