• Full-Time 

• Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00

• Saturdays

• On-Call

Requirements:

• HVAC school diploma, all required in class training hours complete.

• Background check and drug test 

• Valid drivers and clean driving record 

• Use and read a tape measure. 

• Service Titan software, using an Iphone, Ipad, Messaging, Email, Text and Phone Calls 

• Speak to customers and other co-workers. 

• Write notes in software, email and text messages. 

• Self-learner Read, instructions, manuals, work orders, email and text messages. 

• Professional, Customer focused, Servant leader, Team first, Continuous improvement.

Summary:

We are looking to add to our Service & Maintenance department. This technician will be trained and then able to follow our maintenance procedures, customer service procedures. Keep themselves and their work trucks neat & clean in uniform. Works excellently with our customers, CSR and Dispatchers. Besides providing great customer service they will also develop great relationships with our customers. They would be taking great care of our customers’ systems, recommending and suggesting repairs. They will learn to sell membership plans to help customers extend the life of their systems and keep it in top working order. When it is appropriate, they will know when to suggest replacing or upgrading a system, they will have the tools to help the customer choose a system that is best for them and have the tools to sell them a replacement system. While all of this is happening the technician will be continuously learning bring them self’s up to B level technician that can also diagnose and repair broken HVAC systems, eventually working their way up to A level technician that can Maintain, Service, Repair and sell HVAC systems.
